Meet Vilma

Agency Director

Vilma has had a passion for the arts & entertainment industry since she was a little girl.  Over 15 years ago, she became involved professionally working as a Talent Manager. With dedication and determination, Vilma successfully navigated the industry managing her three children’s careers as commercial print models and actors in Chicago.

​

Being involved with a variety of projects, behind the scenes and on screen, Vilma has gathered an abundance of information from years of experience and has found herself wearing many hats in the business. Besides being a Talent Manager, she's worked as a Talent Scout, Casting Director, Talent Director, Photographer Assistant, Marketing Director, Social Media Manager, Background Actor, and Commercial Print Model.  Vilma has taken her knowledge to the next level by completing courses in Entertainment Business at Full Sail University. She has also taken many classes and workshops led by credible industry professionals in both Chicago and LA. Her years of research, networking, and hands on experience has moved her to join a team of industry professionals and start a talent agency of their own. Through her journey in the entertainment business over the years, Vilma has found that she is most passionate about working with talent: managing, guiding, and developing careers of those pursuing this industry.

Vilma hopes to form partnerships and work as a team with individuals that have a passion for the industry. She is looking forward to doing her part in building a foundation, setting goals, and bringing each individual’s passion to life. Meet Martin

Talent Agent

Martin Moreno, Jr. was born and raised in Chicago and has recently received his B.A. in Film with a concentration in Screenwriting from DePaul University. Before graduating, he spent a semester of college studying in LA, where he interned at a reputable Hollywood production company and two talent management companies. Working behind the scenes in the business, Martin learned a few things about the industry. The experience left him with a desire to learn more of the inner workings of the entertainment industry. He fell in love with the process of talent development and has been fortunate to work as a casting director for several Chicago short film projects. He had his first taste in the director's chair this Spring for an independent film, as well as producer credits for other Chicago short film projects. Martin looks forward to working with talent and takes pride in being part of the Dream Team.

Meet Alyssa

Junior Talent Agent

​

Alyssa began her career in the entertainment industry at the age of one. She has been signed with some of the top modeling & acting agencies of Chicago and has been placed on many product packages, store ads, magazines, and catalogs over the years. Working as a commercial print model, led Alyssa to acting opportunities. She has played several roles in industrial, independent films, TV shows, commercials, and more. Alyssa loves everything about the entertainment industry both on screen and behind the scenes. She has been fortunate to be able to study her crafts with credible coaches in both Chicago and LA. Her years of experience, along with her people skills and mature nature has quickly led her to the role of Junior Talent Agent. Alyssa is currently enrolled in college majoring in Communications and Marketing. When she is not studying or working on an entertainment project, she is scouting new faces and talent to join our Dream Team.
